A 50-year-old American woman was arrested this week after crashing her car into a Popeyes restaurant because her order did not contain cookies.
According to Richmond County, Georgia, US jail records, Belinda Miller was taken into custody last Wednesday for property damage and assault, WJBF-TF reported.
According to the arrest warrant, on Saturday February 18, Belinda Miller placed an order at Popeyes in Walton Way and got upset after seeing that her order did not contain the fast food chain’s famous cookies.
After getting into her car, she crashed into the doors and walls of the restaurant, then continued on her way for several meters into the establishment.
She allegedly almost hit an 18-year-old employee with her SUV.
The store manager told authorities that he gave her cookies before the accident, but she was still angry.
