BEIJING, Feb 23 (Reuters) – China’s Foreign Ministry said any possible information about arms transfers from China to Russia that the United States plans to release is only speculation, its spokesman said on Thursday.
“As for the alleged information, it is nothing more than speculation and slander against China,” Wang Wenbin told a briefing.
The Wall Street Journal newspaper previously reported that the US government is considering making public confidential information about a possible arms supply to Russia by China.
