After Stephen King discovered an error in episode 3 of The Last of Us (2023– ), things go wrong again for HBO Max in episode 6: sharp viewers spot people who shouldn’t be in the picture in the new episode.
Sloppy mistake
In the sixth episode, titled “Kin”, part of the film crew is accidentally seen. In an aerial shot, we see a handful of crew members standing at the edge of the scene. The sloppiness reminds us of the now so famous Starbucks cup that was once seen in an episode of Game of Thrones (2011–2019). Most likely, HBO Max will edit the episode and upload a new version soon.
Looking for Tommy
In episode 6 we see how Joel (Pedro Pascal) continues to search for his brother Tommy (Gabriel Luna) and stumbles upon a wintry settlement with Ellie (Bella Ramsey). The episode makes the first major connection to the second game with the town of Jackson.
