The Public Prosecution Service sees that violence by minors and young adults has increased considerably in the past year, Nieuwsuur wrote this week. Yesterday afternoon a 14-year-old boy was stabbed in Hilversum. The boy has been taken to hospital. His condition is stable, according to police. There is still no trace of the perpetrator or perpetrators, probably also minors.

Ban on knives for young people
