Javier Duarte, in “defense” of the aspiration of the Secretary of Energy to the aforementioned governorship, assured that “Art. 116 of the Federal Constitution clearly establishes the requirements to be Governor and whether we like it or not, Rocío Nahle meets them. Everything else is ignorance or grid”.
