Velarde was sentenced to 208 years in prison and approximately 377,450 pesos for damage repair, it should be remembered that his defense would have managed to reduce his sentence by 70 years.
While the director of the Rébsamen College, Mónica Villegas, was arrested by members belonging to the Investigative Police during the month of May 2019, while she was in a restaurant located in the capital.
The last one linked to the process (December 2022) was Francisco Arturo “N”, responsible for the work of the Rébsamen school, for the crime of homicide by omission, under the scheme of possible fraud.
