MADRID, Jan 31 (Reuters) – Spanish bank Unicaja said on Tuesday it posted a net loss of 1 million euros ($1.08 million) in the fourth quarter after raising loan-loss provisions.
Analysts polled by Reuters expected a net profit of 35 million euros.
In the same period of the previous year, Unicaja recorded losses of 18 million euros due to extraordinary charges and lower credit income.
