On the afternoon of this January 31, a strong fire was reported in the Santa Fe neighborhood, in Mexico City. Grass and bushes caught fire in the Javier Barros Sierra, according to the Secretariat for Comprehensive Risk Management and Civil Protection (SGIRPC).

Lía Limón, mayoress of Álvaro Obregón reported that so far the report is white balance. Through her Twitter account @lialimon, she reported: “We have a fire in La Loma (on Avenida Javier Barros Sierra and Avenida Santa Fe) in a green area. Civil protection personnel from the mayor’s office and the fire brigade are already there. There are no injuries.”
Fire in Bogotá: Twitter users report column of smoke on Suba avenue
The Official Fire Department of the Colombian capital warned that the fire occurred in three houses near Suba avenue with 112 street, and that no injured people have been registered
