Gas and electricity are finally cheaper again, and yet food prices continue to rise sharply: how is that possible?

Inflation in our country rose again less sharply in January than the previous month, from 10.35 to 8.05 percent. Still a very high figure, despite the drop in gas and electricity prices. The culprit appears to be our food: it continues to become considerably more expensive. How did that happen?
