Ethe british prime minister Rishi Sunakdismissed Nadhim Zahawi for violating the “code” of good ministerial conduct in the scandal over his tax return.

The scandal surrounding Zahawi broke out a few days ago after admitting that he had paid a fine to the Treasury after detecting an error, which he described as “unintentional”, in the payment of taxes.

The British media reported that the pending payment amounted to the equivalent of about five and a half million euros.

Zahawi was British Treasury Minister in the last months of the Boris Johnson.
