During the afternoon of Friday, the initial hearing was held against Carlos Alfredo “N”, driver of the convoy during the clash on Line 3 of the Metro that occurred on January 7 and left one person dead and more than 100 injured.

And during the night, the Mexico City Attorney General’s Office (FGJCDMX) announced that they had filed charges against him for his alleged responsibility in the crimes of homicide and injuries, both guilty.
