Floridian wins $1 million after getting cut online

Patience paid off big for a man from Florida.

After getting cut online by a stranger in a supermarket, Stephen Espinoza hit the jackpot, a million dollar fee.

The man who says he was exhausted after a long day of work was trying to get a lottery ticket from a machine, before returning home, when an individual roughly passed him in the waiting line .

Despite his anger, Mr Espinoza, 43, maintains he chose to walk quietly to the counter to select a scratch-off 500X the Cash ticket. He immediately realized that he was the lucky winner.

Today, the man from Delray Beach, near Miami, still finds it hard to believe he won the winning ticket, the odds of which are estimated at one in 267.739. He now intends to buy a house for himself and his family.
