He also recounted in an interview that Balderas arrived at the property through a real estate broker, where he passed the investigation and the policy without problems, and he never said that there was a problem with the rent for the property, which was 35,000 pesos per month. The woman never met the senator, since the entire deal was through her private secretary. She also narrated that since May 2022 she stopped paying and in the months of August and September, those on the policy informed her of this situation, since the policy consists of charging her and giving her the money, regardless of whether The senator will pay or not.
“They told me in August that she was not paying and that they had to sue her,” he said.
He also explained that he later covered the months that he owed from May to August, however, in September he did not pay it and that is why they proceeded with the lawsuit. “When he found out, he told the policy attorney: oh well, they sued me, so now get me out.”
The owner of the property said that in August she informed Balderas that she would no longer renew the contract, since she would put the house up for sale, since in July she had to go to the United States for work reasons. “In October I told him that I had a purchase offer and that he had to leave on the 30th of that month, however, he did not comply, so the sale fell through.”
In addition, through Twitter, the woman asks for help from various politicians who are members of Morena, to help the senator leave her home. One of them is Senator Ricardo Monreal, who also serves as president of the Senate Political Coordination Board. “I ask for your support so that Senator @ClauBalderasMX returns my property to me. She refuses to reach any agreement and also refuses to hand over the property. Is it that perhaps they need more scandals of abuse and dishonesty? (sic), the message reads.
In another message, he asks for support from the national president of Morena, Mario Delgado. “@Mario_delgado I ask for his intercession as President of @PartidoMorenaMx so that Sen @ClauBalderasMX leaves the property that she lives in and that she refuses to hand over in addition to going months without paying the rent. I have been looking for it for at least 6 months to ask for a solution. They need +scandals?!” (sic), however, the woman has not received support from or response from anyone. She has even dialed Ricardo Monreal’s office and they only tell her that they took her message, without further ado.
