If convicted, Tony Montana faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years in prison, according to the US Department of Justice in an official report.

The announcement was made by Assistant Attorney General Kenneth A. Polite, Jr. and DEA Administrator Anne Milgram.

It should be remembered that last Thursday, January 19, Tony Montana requested an amparo against the link to the process that a judge from the Federal Center for Social Readaptation (Cefereso) ordered in December 2022. A federal judge admitted the processing of the amparo claim within of criminal case 385/2022.

“The suspension incident related to the amparo trial, promoted by Antonio Oseguera Cervantes, against acts, be processed in duplicate. The nine hours and fifty-five minutes of January 24, 2023 are indicated, so that it has verification of the incidental hearing ”, could be read in the judicial document.
