Anyone who thought that since corona had been the fat of the soup in the aviation sector is wrong. Last year, no less than 39 new companies saw the light of day, of which just over half in Europe. “Demand has grown much faster than supply, leading to higher prices and attracting newcomers,” says transport economist Eddy Van de Voorde (UAntwerp).
