This Saturday, January 21, 2022, the executive secretary of the National Human Rights Coordinator (CNDDHH), Jennie Dador, denounced that several people who have been detained by the Peruvian National Police (PNP), in the context of protests against the regime of Dina Boluarte that are taking place in Lima, have suffered the violation of some of their rights by the police forces.
In dialogue with the press, the official explained that some women who are in the PNP’s Anti-Terrorism Directorate (Dircote) have been forced to undress so that PNP members can search for drugs in their private parts.
