According to a survey by El Financiero, the ruler subtracted five percentage points from her favorable opinion, going from 46% to 41% between December 2022 and January 2023. In this way, the capital closed as the only corcholata with a decrease in the indices of the month of study, which coincided with the most recent accidents of the Metro Collective Transport System (STC), as well as the deployment of thousands of elements of the National Guard (GN).

In the same way, the survey showed that the Head of Government lost ground when the interviewees pointed to “their favorite corcholata from Morena” for 2024, after support in that area decreased five points, going from 30% to 25% between December and January.

Ebrard surpassed Sheinbaum towards the 2024 elections

The reduction in this branch caused the gap with his main rival, Marcelo Ebrard, to be reduced from eight to just two percentage points in the last month; this, coupled with the fact that the chancellor advanced one point to stand at 23%.

Even, the loss of popularity of Sheinbaum Pardo caused her to fall to second place among supporters of Morena before Ebrard Casaubón, who, adding 35%, was placed by two points above the Head of Government after she registered a drop of eight points and will go from 41% to 33% in the last month.

Finally, another field where the Head of Government registered variations was in the favorable perception regarding the results of her administration, as well as in the category of best representative of the self-styled Fourth Transformation (4T).

In the first type, the capital city dropped four percentage points and in the second five, causing that in both postulates there was only one point difference from Ebrard Casaubón – a significant change considering that the difference last month was five and six points. .
