The former congressman pointed out that last Tuesday a significant number of colleagues decided to vote in abstention after the presentation of a video that raised doubts about his guilt. According to Díaz, four recordings were presented so that they can be taken into account by the SAC, but none were taken into account.

When asked for the names of the congressmen who also drank alcohol with him in the Parliament facilities, he preferred not to share them. He excused himself, pointing out that it is in the hands of the congressional working groups to determine which other parliamentarians were with him.
