A Daesh militant stopped his explosive belt in Kabul in front of the Foreign Ministry when the staff were leaving this headquarters after the work day.
This is the second attack by the jihadist group that targets militia headquarters, after attacking another concentration of members of the military section of Kabul Airport ten days ago, which also caused fatalities.
Daesh emerged as one of the main threats to security in Afghanistan after the rise to power of the Taliban in August 2021 with whom it maintains a strong rivalry.
