María Fernanda Aristizábal has impacted her followers on social networks by publishing a photograph with the twin she found in the Miss Universe contest. This is Miss Germany, Soraya Kohlmann, with whom since September last year the Colombian queen built a beautiful relationship in which both are called ‘sister’.

Since last January 3, the 85 women who aspire to win the crown of the most important international beauty pageant have been in New Orleans, preparing for the coronation ceremony that will take place on January 14. In the midst of their hectic days as beauty queens, Miss Colombia and Miss Germany surprised once again by showing their resemblance.

“Sisterhood is being together, feeling together and getting up together,” the two beauty queens wrote in the post’s description. With this image, in which both carry their respective bands with the name of the country they represent in Miss Universe 2022, the two women received the impressions of more than 60,000 Internet users.

“I adore them, they shine with their own light,” Valeria Ayos, Miss Universe Colombia 2021, wrote to them in that publication. Other followers reacted with comments like: “is this a game for twins? one lived in Colombia and the other in Germany”, “They really look like sisters”, “Two drops of water”.

Indeed, the two beauty queens have blonde hair, green eyes and their features are very similar, although in real life they do not share any blood bond. But this is not the first time that Aristizábal and Kohlmann have shown on social networks how well they get along.

Since the preparation for Miss Universe 2022 began, the applicants began to share in different events and acts of preparation. On those occasions, several times “Mafe” Aristizábal had to share a bedroom with her German partner, of whom all the other contestants told her that she was her “double of her.”

During those days that they were sharing together, they both realized that they were not only very similar physically, but in other aspects of their lives far from their beauty. In this way, a “brotherhood” relationship grew between the two, as they themselves define it, despite the fact that the two are part of a contest in which only one can win the title of the most beautiful in the universe.

In a publication that both made previously, you can see how both of them, in their room, help to get ready and put the crown on each other. Soraya Kohlmann wrote in that publication a quite emotional text referring to the Colombian and pointing out that she was her accomplice at this moment in her life.

“Royal queens fix each other’s crown. Life is not about comparison, it is not a competition. Life is about love, about sharing and caring for each other. It’s about shining TOGETHER, ”the 24-year-old German model began her reflection.

Thank you Universe for sending me this sister.

For her part, Mafe Aristizábal responded to the words of the German, demonstrating the bond they built in a few days of sharing while preparing for the big night. “My queen, my sister, my roommate, my training partner. From now on I miss you very much and I look forward to seeing each other again soon. Thank you for everything,” the Colombian finished in that publication.
