Regarding the second, he highlighted the launch of the State Institute of the Entrepreneur and the District of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, which will give scholarships for the degree, public transport and international mobility of students.
In relation to the third, he said that it will promote the transition from a manufacturing scheme to an “Innovation and Mentoring Model”, and will support economic and industrial centers of innovation for the development of the digital economy, electromobility, the aerospace industry, recycling and energy. clean.
