American telecom company Verizon (through Tweakers) shared more information about Razer’s handheld cloud console. The device is called Razer Edge 5G and is the 5G Gaming Handheld and is designed for “high-end performance and gaming on the go.”
The device runs on Android and gives players the option to stream games from the cloud. As the name suggests, it is also possible to stream games via 5G. Something the Logitech G Cloud does not support. Furthermore, the Razer Edge 5G runs on a Snapdragon G3X Gen 1 Gaming Platform that is specially designed for these types of devices.
A lot more information is not yet known about the device. RazerCon will be held on October 15. According to Verizon, more information will be shared there from the gaming system.
