A group of children and adolescents, rescued last Friday from the extremist cult “Lev Tahor”mutinied at the DIF shelter in Tapachula, Chiapas. The little ones they demand to be able to be with their relatives and not be deported to Israel as intended.
“Why, why?! Friends, take me to my family! My non-legal mother is here!” Shouts one of the children while the adolescents cry inconsolably, as shown in a video broadcast yesterday Wednesday at night the newscast of Ciro Goméz Leyva.
The infants remain in the shelter along with 5 other adults.from the arrest of 26 members of the extremist culty face charges of human trafficking, organized crime and rape, among other crimes.

What is the extremist cult “Lev Tahor”?
The Lev Tahor group (Pure Heart in Hebrew) is known for its extreme practices and for impose a strict regime to its members.
Advocates child marriages, imposes harsh punishments for the smallest transgressions, and requires women and girls as young as 3 years of age to fully cover themselves with robes.
The guidelines have earned him the nickname of the jewish talibandue to the similarities that their dress code has with the one imposed by the Sunni Islamist group that controls Afghanistan.
