“The ideal formula to reduce the physical and emotional illnesses that most affect the population -and whose growing incidence threatens to collapse the public health care system-, is to urgently form a movement that promotes a culture of well-being from different fronts, with special emphasis on prevention and spreading healthy lifestyles”, indicate the organizers of the Health Bazaar, which will activate its program from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., in its double day of activities promoted by various civil organizations, professionals, therapists and promoters of medicinal alternatives.
The meeting that will take place in Palcco, located at Avenida Central Guillermo González Camarena 375, in Zapopan, bringing together around 100 exhibitors and will offer 20 master conferences (with a recovery cost of 200 pesos), in addition to having activities for girls and boys, has the objective of share habits, practices and products designed to improve the quality of life. On the other hand, special dissemination will be made of the social support programs offered by various non-profit assistance associations such as Mi Gran Esperanza, Nariz Rosa (Pink), Reconstructing Lives, Telethon and the care project for burned children of the Civil Hospitals. from Guadalajara.
“The intention is to insist on forming a social shield that puts a stop to the alarming statistics of certain illnesses that are preventable or that when they occur it is possible to mitigate the suffering and the loss of resources they cause.” The program has emphasized proposing a change in mentality, taking as a principle that emotional health is the main source of physical well-being: “For organizers, it is essential to offer tools aimed at strengthening the emotional stability of women, men, children and older adultsthat shows each group a different approach to perceive their life, and that at the same time stimulates individual development”.
It is a movement that integrates efforts from academia, agribusiness and the tradition of many communities, in order to build a welfare model that makes society much less dependent on a public health system that is increasingly exceeded.
