Through a video shared on social networks the submission to which four elements of the Concepción Police Station in Buenos Aires were exposed was announcedJalisco, by armed assassins.
The video shows the four elements, two men and two women, who are kneeling in front of the camera while the criminals question them about who are the police directors who support “the four letters”, referring to the New Generation Cartel.
One of the officers, whom they have on the ground with his hands on his head, refers the name of Mary Martínez, from Concepción de Buenos Aires, and Joel Mora, from Manzanilla de la Paz.
In the background, one of the police officers can be heard sobbing. Unofficially it was learned that the criminals belonged to the Sierra Birds groupwho operate in the limits of Jalisco on the Michoacán side, and with whom they have had recent disputes over control of the area with the New Generation Cartel.
These facts have led to various clashes in neighboring municipalities, such as Mazamitla and the Chamomile of Peace.
No response from the authorities
Given this situation, neither the City Council of Concepción de Buenos Aires nor the Jalisco State Prosecutor’s Office have ruled on the matter.
The mayor of Concepción was asked if communication had already been established with the elementsif they would be given any special protection, and if they would request the intervention of state authorities both to investigate the incident and any possible infiltration in the corporation, but there was no response.
He was also asked about the situation in which Concepción de Buenos Aires currently finds itself in terms of security, given the fact that a reinforcement of security in the municipality was announced after the violent events that occurred in April, however, the municipal president avoided giving information.
