The interests of the Sinaloa Cartel along the coast of Guerrero did not cease after breaking their alliance with the top bosses of that place: the Beltrán Leyva clan, and in recent years they returned to the territorial dispute with the Russians, a cell that plagues from Acapulco.
Various sources consulted by Infobae Mexico confirmed that the Russians formed an alliance with José Gil Caro Quintero, Mr Jose, Jogilor the Chinese hair. That link was identified at least at the end of 2015, when the government of the PRI Héctor Astudillo Flores began.
As of that date, the founding leader of the criminal faction, Juan Carlos Rodríguez, the Russian. Supposedly, the link was made when the Jogil served his sentence of 10 years and five months, following his arrest in December 2004.
The ministerial authorities determined that the Jogil continued to operate from inside the prison for the transfer of drugs from South America. When he was arrested in Guadalajara, he was identified as one of the main operators of Ismael Zambada García, the Mayo. However, his criminal record was more relevant because he is the nephew of Rafael Caro Quintero, the drug dealer.
Over the years and with the rearrangements in the Guerrero Pacific, the Sinaloa Cartel sees a strategic area that is not willing to give up. But the rates of violence that terrify the population identified another link with this group of transnational scope, through the community police that extends into the coast girl.
This is the alliance between the Russians and the Union of Peoples and Organizations of the State of Guerrero (UPOEG). That company is accused by federal and local authorities of the recent wave of murders in areas of Acapulco, where they also dispute the sale of drugs.
Their offenses include extortion, identified as the collection of fees from merchants or carriers. Those who resist or refuse to pay illegal taxes are executed. However, the interests of Caro Quintero’s nephew are not only focused on the extraction of income in the state, since he claims ownership to guarantee the route for the transfer of cocaine shipments.
The ally who found the Jogil when he got out of jail it was Juan Carlos Rodríguez, the Russian. According to reports, this individual was a leader of hired assassins and responded to the command of Héctor Beltrán Leyva, the Hwho had been arrested in Guanajuato in 2014.

But the Federal Police found him. Russian in July 2016 and suspect that his cell continued to operate to maintain the pact with the nephew of Rafael Caro Quintero. Now the leader of the Russians is identified as Orlando Rodríguez Soriano, supposed head of the plaza in the port of Acapulco, where his predecessor fell in an exclusive residential area.
According to reports from the Secretary of Security and Citizen Protection, as well as from the Guerrero Prosecutor’s Office, the operator of the UPOEG and the Russians was commissioned by Jesús Calleja Clemente, Commander Alley I the Muttarrested at the end of last June, after a confrontation between his forces and the Army.
Infiltrating the UPOEG is a relevant tactic, because this community police has a presence in the coast girlwhich covers the municipalities of San Marcos, Tecoanapa, Florencio Villarreal, Ayutla de los Libres, Cuautepec, Copala, San Luis Acatlán, Marquelia, Juchitán, Cuajinicuilapa, Azoyú, Ometepec, Igualapa, Tlacoachistlahuaca and Xochistlahuaca.
