On this occasion, the “Narco de Narcos” promoted an injunction, since he complains of acts of solitary confinement, segregation, isolation, captivity with physical and psychological torture, mistreatment, abuse of authority, torture and injuries that put his life at risk, by the authorities of the Federal Center for Social Readaptation (Cefereso) of the Altiplano where he has been imprisoned since last July, after being detained for extradition purposes to the United States.
Given this, the founder of the Guadalajara Cartel filed an amparo suit before a judge from the State of Mexico, which granted him a flat suspension so that the acts that he considers violated his human rights cease.
The judge gave a term of no more than 24 hours. to the authorities of Cefereso number 1 “Altiplano”, with headquarters in Almoloya de Juárez, State of Mexico, to comply with this determination, warned that if when submitting their corresponding report they affirm a falsehood or deny the truth, they could incur in the crime foreseen in article 262, section III, of the law of the matter.
