José Luis “G” was linked to the process by a control judge who began his legal process, for the attempted murder of his neighbor, who allegedly had the volume of the music loud, in the Los Molinos de Zapopan neighborhood.
According to the investigation file, The events occurred on June 9, in an apartment in the aforementioned neighborhood, where two subjects were drinking intoxicating beverages.on the occasion of Father’s Day.
At that moment, José Luis, a neighbor of the victim, appeared and demanded that they turn off the music, so one of the victims tried to calm him down and talk, without success.
Subsequently, the accused took out a machete that he was carrying in his clothes with which he began to injure one of the men, in addition to warning his companion not to intervene, since if he did, the same thing would happen to him. After the assault, the subject fled.
They began to ask for help, and Zapopan police arrived, who with the information obtained from the victims, managed to capture José Luis “G”, meters ahead and secured the machete.
Meanwhile, the injured man was transferred to receive medical attention, reporting that his health is delicate.
The control and orality judge reviewed the data provided by the Public Ministry, being important to link him to the process for the crime of attempted homicide, with the aggravating circumstance of advantage, for which he will remain in informal prison for one year, as a precautionary measure.
