In the aftermath of the Russian attack on a crowded shopping center in Kremenchuk, which left at least 18 dead and around 60 injured, the world is still in a state of shock. French President Emmanuel Macron denounced “absolute horror” and called on the Russian people to “see the truth” in the face. G7 leaders spoke of a “war crime” and NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg said that a country had never experienced such brutality “since World War II”.

“Only completely crazy terrorists, who should have no place on Earth, can strike missiles at civilian targets,” said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. Russia must be recognized as a state sponsor of terrorism. The world can and therefore must stop the Russian terror. As for the Russian Ministry of Defense, it assures that the shopping center was in fact a warehouse of armaments delivered by Westerners.
