A thief who tried to break into a convenience store in the La Perla neighborhood, in the municipality of Guadalajara, got stuck in the air conditioning ducts.

Through a report via the 911 emergency number, around 0:40 a.m. this Thursday, the Guadalajara Police Station received a report of a suspicious person inside a convenience store located in Javier Mina, between Aquiles Serdán and Belisario Domínguez.
Officers responded to find the glass doors broken, and heard a person calling for help.
The sound came from the air conditioning ducts, so they requested support from elements of the Guadalajara Civil Protection and Fire Department Coordination to free him.
The subject, who identified himself as Jorge “N”, 42 years old, would have caused damage to the establishment by trying to enter through the ventilation ducts and after an inspection under protocol they assured him of synthetic drugs.

Jorge was put at the disposal of an agent of the Public Ministry.
