“The progress of the investigation, by the Puebla State Attorney General’s Office, has led to the arrest of nine men to date. Silvio “N” and Luis “N” are the last. The control judge has already been asked to link him to criminal proceedings by the public ministry. Nine people have been arrested for these events, of which seven are already linked to criminal proceedings as allegedly responsible for this event, “he added.
