“Before he was discharged due to an excessive number of offenses, Octavio “N” was in administrative functions within the Prosecutor’s Office in relation to projects in his assigned area, in addition to helping as an assistant to the head of the incumbent’s office of the FGE in some additional tasks”, stated the FGR.
