According to Bryce Dallas Howard, there are rumors that she would participate in a Fantastic Four reboot for Marvel Studios no more than that.
During a press moment for Jurassic Park Dominion a fan asked Howard if she could sign a Susan Storm Funko Pop.
The interaction was captured on camera and uploaded on TikTok† In the video, she denies it and laughs: “I mean, you know this has nothing to do with me. I swear. Yes, yes, really. Total rumours. Total rumours.” Howard goes on to sign the Funko “just for fun.”
Howard is not alone in denying collaborating on the film. In May, Emily Blunt announced that she had not been cast as Susan Storm.
The new Fantastic Four movie was announced in 2020. Not many details have been released since then. All we know is that Jon Watts is no longer working on the film. He wanted to “take a break from superhero movies.”
We also know that Grant Curtis and Nick Pepin, the producers of Moon Knight, will work on the film. The film is said to be still in an early stage of development. We just have to wait a little longer for the casting choices.
Susan Storm, better known as the Invisible Woman, is a member of the Fantastic Four and the wife of Mr. fantastic. She can make herself surprisingly invisible, as well as create force fields and shields.
At the moment, Emily Blunt is a popular choice for this role. Her husband John Krasinski is a popular choice for Mr. Fantastic in the MCU movie.
