‘Manchester United are jerking’. That text accidentally appeared on the British news. The broadcaster has apologized to Manchester United fans.
It happened during a tennis match. At the bottom of the screen there is always a bar with the latest news. But that didn’t go very well. After the Manchester message it read: ‘Weather: Rain everywhere’.
The British morning news presenter says it was a mistake and should not have been on screen.
According to the broadcaster, a new employee was given an explanation about how the bar works and how to put text in it.
