During today’s “morning” session, the President of Mexico, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, assured that he will dedicate the rest of his government to leaving a good health system, that is comprehensive, complete and free, above all to benefit the population that does not have Social Security.
Stating that it is a “very important challenge”, López Obrador assured that with this plan it is sought that all medical care, medicines, clinical studies, as well as prostheses are free to fulfill the right to health and “that money is not essential”.
“It is a very important challenge to guarantee the right to health. We are going to dedicate ourselves during the time that we need, the government that I represent, to leave a good, comprehensive, complete and free health system; that money is not essential” .
at the National Palace, López Obrador reiterated that he wants “medical care, medicines, clinical studies, prostheses, all freeespecially for the population without social security, which is half of the country’s population”.
