The Orange under 17 has also won the last group match at the European Championship. Thanks to a final offensive, the defending champion won 3-1 against France.
Both countries were already certain of a place in the quarter-finals and that is why there were no fewer than eight other players in the starting lineup for both Orange and France.
With all those changes, it may have come as no surprise to see few smooth-running attacks.
After fifteen minutes, Zoumana Diallo, after losing the ball to Orange right back Alvaro Henry, gave the French the lead from the first real chance of the game.
The only chance for the Orange in the first half was for Isaac Babadi, but his shot was stopped by the French goalkeeper.
France were close to 2-0 before halftime when a deflected shot by Aymana Aiki hit the crossbar.
Final offensive brings Orange victory
In the second half, the Orange did not manage to make it difficult for France for a long time, but towards the end of the game the opportunities suddenly came.
Shots by Fabiano Rust and Misehouy missed the goal, but with fifteen minutes to go, the Orange was awarded a penalty after a foul on Banzuzi. Dean Huijsen, who had just come in, scored from a penalty against Poland, shot the ball flawlessly into the left corner.
The Orange wanted more, increased the pace further and five minutes later, that resulted in a lead by Antoni Milambo after a fine attack.
France chased the equalizer, but in stoppage time the Orange decided the game. A shot from Jaden Slory flew back into the field through the bottom crossbar, where Yoram Boerhout was able to take advantage.
