In order to harmonize the accesses to the Independencia, Guadalajara Centro and Santuario stations of Line 3 of the Light Rail with the architectural and urban context of the first frame, yesterday it was announced that the winning project is the one carried out by the team headed by the architect Enrique Francisco Toussaint Ochoa.
“This contest was launched in order to find a proposal that was consistent with the Historic Center, that could even coexist with modernity with the history of our city, but that was not aggressive to the environment,” said Pablo Lemus, municipal president of Guadalajara.
