Yesterday night, Stephanie Goretti, 26, was murdered by armed men, who they tried to steal his truck in the Obregón neighborhood, near the León downtown area.
She lost her life while being treated at the hospital.
The events occurred when the young woman was driving a white Chevrolet Captiva truck down Gardenia Street, at 10:30 p.m., when the aggressors approached her to demand that she get out of the unit and presumably they shot him when they saw that he was accelerating. Neighbors asked León Public Security for help to care for Stephanie, who was injured by bullets.
The woman was taken to a Social Security hospital, where it was reported that she had died from her injuries. The State Attorney General’s Office reported that Criminal Investigation agents went to the hospital where Stephanie Goretti “N” lost her life while being treated by doctors.
In the investigation, the Prosecutor’s Office located ballistic evidence that is being analyzed in forensic laboratories. Until this Tuesday afternoon there are no detainees.
