We have already given my daughter to God; but this does not end, something begins here, the demand that justice be done, she said.

Likewise, in an interview after the religious service, he reiterated that his daughter’s death was due to femicide, with the injection of toxic substances or drugs that were injected into her and it was not suicide as the Prosecutor’s Office maintains.

He warned that they are not going to finger him (in his mouth), because “I’m not his clown like other people” and carried out his own investigations outside the authority.

And now it is up to the Prosecutor’s Office to take action, while he will continue to be seen before the media so that justice is done, because the arrest of the people who deprived his daughter of life, who, As he commented on Saturday, They illegally deprived her of her liberty, kept her in captivity where they physically abused her and perhaps also sexually assaulted her, and later deprived her of life with seven toxic substances, drugs or medications.

Although he acknowledged that his doors are open on both sides, he warned, “the governor (Samuel García Sepúlveda) and the Prosecutor’s Office know well that I am going to continue putting a hat on them here,” demanding the apprehension and punishment of those responsible.

I knew they had buried her somewhere

Yolanda’s father commented that he knew that his daughter had been buried somewhere, and that he would never find her, which is why he asked at a key moment to activate the offer of a reward of one hundred thousand pesos to whoever provided information to locate it.

“That strategy worked for me, they (the femicides) had to remove the body to earn extra money, someone had to find it”Martinez Bautista said.

Prior to the mourning ceremony, which took place a week after Yolanda’s remains, in an advanced state of decomposition, were found by chance by a woman who was collecting firewood on a plot of land in the Los Huertos neighborhood, in the municipality of Juárez, Nuevo Leon, Don Gerardo, expressed “We have already given my daughter to God, she is already in her rightful place.”

But he agreed, “this does not end here because something is just beginning, (the demand) is that justice be done with the law of man”, because we are nobody to judge, only God, and for the same reason, “we do not have no right to take lives.”

He asks the people who murdered his daughter to surrender

Then he explained, “I ask the people who harmed me in the most attentive way, to have that great courage, to surrender to the authorities, for having crossed the line that corresponds to the Lord.
