With the aim of providing decent conditions for pedestrian traffic in the city, the Government of Guadalajara, through the Department of Public Works, carries out actions for the comprehensive rehabilitation of sidewalks in poor condition and the installation of pedestrian-friendly lighting in various areas of the city. the city, with an investment of 16 million pesos.

Some of the intervened areas are Centro Histórico, Santa Tere, Moderna, Chapultepec, Oblatos, Jardines del Bosque, Providencia, Santa Cecilia and Tetlán, among other points in the north and south of the municipality.
