Last April, Jalisco ranked first nationally in the generation of new employers registered with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), accounting for an additional 256.
It was followed by Quintana Roo (243), Baja California (206), State of Mexico (192) and Mexico City (109).
In the State, the services sector presented a greater increase, with 92 new employers in the fourth month of the year. Commerce, the construction and transformation industry, transport and communications, agriculture and livestock, as well as the electrical industry and water harvesting had increases.
With the new companies, the Entity accumulates 104,232 employers reported to the IMSS.
