The Environmental Commission of the Megalopolis (CAME) decided to maintain phase 1 of the atmospheric environmental contingency due to ozone in the Metropolitan Zone of the Valley of Mexico, which was implemented since last Monday and involves a double measure of Hoy No Circula.

Through a statement, CAME reported that this measure was implemented to protect the health of the population from exposure to high levels of contamination.
