INE dismisses Morena’s complaint against Eugenio Derbez and other actors for Tren Maya

The National Electoral Institute (OTHER) dismissed the complaint Brunette against the artists Eugenio Derbez, Natalia Lafourcade, Kate del Castillo and Rubén Albarrán for demonstrating against section five of the Mayan Train, considering that no rule was violated.

Ciro Muraya, counselor of the INE, wrote on his networks “Can you imagine @INEMexico censoring Damián Alcázar for supporting the government? Obviously not. It is his right. The complaint, he explained, was filed on Tuesday. March 30, 2022 “and through them We request that this campaign that the alleged environmentalists are undertaking be immediately suspended. and that they are being promoted on various platforms, and at the same time that the corresponding sanctioning measures are interposed,” said the legislator.
