Delinquency in Los Olivos, where a case of citizen insecurity was presented again. This time a criminal decided to use a motorcycle taxi to steal a woman’s cell phone in the middle of a public road. She resisted, which led the subject to accelerate the vehicle to drag her down the tarmac.
According to information from Latina Noticias, the incident occurred in the afternoon. The security cameras broadcast by the media show how two minors were in a corner before the criminal got off the mototaxi. It was that moment when the victim of the theft of his cell phone, got on the motorcycle to recover it.
However, as mentioned, the thug sped up and dragged them about a block. Seeing the live images, the citizens who were in the area decided to go to defend the young woman. They took the young man out and set the vehicle on fire. However, the offender managed to flee the area.
“The girl, as she could, grabbed onto the motorcycle. They took her. Fortunately, nearby vehicles stopped. One blocked his way. The population left, they turned the motorcycle around and started it. The neighbors helped the young woman. They were outraged.”said a neighbor.

Article 1. Article 4. Participation of local and regional governments: The participation of the local and regional governments of Metropolitan Lima and the Constitutional Province of Callao is carried out within the framework of current regulations on citizen security.
