The former technical director of Ajax, Marc Overmars, has been removed from FIFA 22. You can still play with the player, but it is no longer available in packs.
Several Twitter users, including FUTZONEFIFA, report receiving an in-game notification that Marc Overmars’ Icon card is no longer available in packs or via a Squad Builder Challenge:

Furthermore, Marc Overmars can no longer be selected in the FUT Draft and his price range is locked so that there can be no speculation on the transfer market.
