Boy’s mother found dead in suitcase arrested

The mother of a 10-year-old boy found dead Thursday in a suitcase in Ferrières-en-Brie in Seine-et-Marne was arrested on Friday and placed in police custody, said the Meaux prosecutor’s office.

It was the father of the child who had reported his disappearance on Wednesday evening and since then the 33-year-old mother has been wanted. She was arrested in Choisy-le-Roi in Val-de-Marne, at the home of a member of her family, said the prosecution, confirming information from LCI.
