A woman gave birth for the second time in her life in a fire truck at the barracks of Yffiniac (Côtes-d’Armor), Thursday, January 27 in the afternoon, reports France Bleu Armorique. Baby Ohana was born at 4:24 p.m. in the parking lot. Four years ago, his mother had already given birth in a vehicle in this barracks.
The mother’s water began to break on Thursday and drove to the clinic. “She was on her way when she realized that she couldn’t go any further because the baby was starting to come out,” says Clément, her companion, who was traveling to Nantes for work. The mother therefore parked around 4 p.m., in the parking lot of the fire station, who immediately took charge of the young woman. The birth went well.
On the evening of August 5, 2018, the mother had given birth near a roundabout, when she was also there on her way to the clinic. Thursday evening, Ohana and her mom are at the clinic. They are doing well. “We can thank the firefighters,” smiles Clément.
