The attorney general of the state of Quintana Roo, Óscar Montes de Oca, reported that they are awaiting the arrival of the relatives of the victim, murdered on Tuesday, and assured that they are already in contact with the Embassy of Argentina in Mexico.
“The relatives have not yet appeared, we are waiting for them to arrive but we are already in talks with the consulate and we are very attentive to this case,” he said.

The Quintana Roo prosecutor said that so far the main line of investigation is “narcomenudeo” (small-scale trafficking) and assured that there is no history of extortion or previous complaints in this place.
“We have been in contact with the employer, with the victim’s boss and with other managers and there are no records of any investigation folder related to the place,” he said.
