Good news for the Crysis enthusiasts. First, Crytek China has (accidentally?) published an image of Crysis 4. When the monkey was out of the sleeve, Crytek couldn’t help but make it official.
The image was briefly featured on the Chinese social media site BiliBili and was quickly removed. The text that came with it was this:
“The ‘Crysis 4’ project has been confirmed. A new nano battlefield has opened!” reads the translated text.
Now Crytek has thrown it all out on Twitter and we are 100% sure.
It’s been nine years since the last numbered Crysis game, Crysis 3, came out. Over the past two years, remastered versions of the earlier Crysis games have been released. We finally seem to get a new one.
