In Ohio, authorities are investigating the death of a dog who was allegedly decapitated by two teenagers. The latter would have filmed themselves doing their gesture and would have shared the video on social networks.

A 17-year-old reportedly first hit the animal with his car on a country road on his way to school. With one of his friends, he would then have taken photos and videos of them while they ransacked the remains of the dog.
The allegations have sparked off PETA, which says teens ‘need psychiatric support and should no longer be allowed to be around animals’ if they are found to have actually committed these actions. .
In the meantime, Crawford County police are continuing their investigation and assessing whether charges will be brought in this case.
